For recording console games, I use a Pinnacle Video Transfer. For recording from the computer, I use Fraps. Audacity + AT2020 microphone for commentary. I edit with Camtaisa, but I plan to move to Vegas in the future because Camtasia kind of rapes the quality of videos.
