Right. E = I X R (or in this case I = E / R) . So I (amperage) equals Electromotive force (voltage) divided by resistance (Ohms). The lower the resistance you have the higher the amperage you have (assuming your voltage stays the same).
So in this case he has ~200 Amps (2,400 watts...
