UNDER THE SURFACE OF THE OCEAN,
IN 20 to 50 feet of OCEAN WATER,
THE HEMPSTERS OCEANIC HEMP FARMS,
AND HEMP OIL PROCESSING RIGGS/STATIONS,
WILL OPERATE UNDERWATER/GLOBALLY.

2. THE HEMPSTERS,
are creating a new space program,
based on SPACE CRAFT and SPACE STATIONS,
built from HEMP plastics,
which are stronger than steel.

HEMP is the most efficient vegetable oil fuel source on the entire Planet Earth.
It can be used to manufacture motor fuel,
and high grade machine oil for lubrication.

3. This is the answer to the energy crisis,
and to the war for oil in the middle east.
