(First off, please judge my videos, I'm not putting them up to show off but to learn and to help others learn too so any comments you make is well appreciated. also if you dislike a video please tell why and I will see what I can do for the future to make it better :)I am a new tracuer that comepletly embrace the philosophy of what parkour really is. I always was interested in the body and how to move efficiently, but never took it to a serious level, but when I discovered parkour, I knew it was my calling. I must have spent hundreds of hours studying and watching tutorials and videos of other traceurs to get the awareness of how to approach any obstical. I relized soon after I started actually performing, that I have to go by more of instinct than anything eles, and repition made what I learn become apart of me naturally to the point where I dont think of what I am going to do. I am Teq, Future Parkour Professional............btw I am a musician, bass, bass guitar, cello, and piano :p
