I guess she should just buy some in ear phones

so her ears are being protected and she can

listen to the music trough the headphones.

I'm a drummer myself and i really highly recommend

getting some protection for her ears.

And it really works fine.

Jared Falk's is the actual heel-toe method you can do with every kind of footboard,

and every foot size. But this is a bit like the easy version, let's call it the "dummy"
