Sicher ein schlechtes Beispiel. So sollte man es auf alle fälle nicht machen. Den Verantwortlichen dort sollte ich wohl mal ein Training anbieten.

Mein Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst, angefangen von der Auftragseröffnung, Vorabnahme im Werk bis hin zur Endabnahme beim Kunden folgende Tätigkeiten.

Erstellen eines Arbeitsablaufplans -- Werkzeugausarbeitung und deren Beschaffung inklusive der Konstruktion von Sonderwerkzeugen -- Entwerfen von Sonderspannmitteln und deren Umsetzung mit den Zulieferfirmen - Zeitbedarfsrechnung -- Problemlösung mit dem Kunden -- Programmierung unter Berücksichtigung der Produktionssicherheit -- Werkzeugvoreinstellung und EDV-mäßige Verarbeitung der Daten -- Qualitätsendkontrolle -- Vorabnahme und Endabnahme mit dem Kunden -- Bedien- und Programmierschulung.

Seit ich Selbstständig bin Zählen folgende Firmen zu meinem Kundenkreis: Messier Dowty, Airbus, Delcam, Ellwood, Dresser, SP-Crankshaft, Tamkeen, Maquinados, Bost, Wirth en Gruffath, Rosendahl, Reiloy, Reifenhäuser, Cameron und einige mehr.

Als Anwendungstechniker arbeitete ich davor bei WFL Millturn technologies für folgende Projekte!
Messier Dowty in Großbritannien, um die Produktion des Hauptfahrwerks, des Eurofighters auf unserer Maschine zu realisieren. Davor arbeitete ich für die Fa. Snecma, wo ein teil der Zentralwelle eines Triebwerkes in Zwei Aufspannungen komplett gefertigt werden soll. Auch für die Fa. Snecma war die Realisierung der Fertigung eines Triebwerksteils der Ariane V, in einer Aufspannung.
Davor wickelte ich einen Auftrage der Fa. Messier Dowty in Frankreich ab. Dieses umfasste 5 Maschinen der Type M120 zur Fertigung von Landebeinen für die Flugzeuge Airbus A340 und Boing 777. Diese Maschinen waren auch mit einigen Sonderausstattungen Versehen und umfassten einen Auftragswert von ca. 9Mill. €. Weiters hatte ich Projekte für Heidelberg Druckmaschinen Fr, Dr. Schrick Motortechnik, Rietschle Vakuumpumpen, BMW Formel1, Karl Mayer Wirkmaschinen, DASA Aerospace, und Rolls Royce Triebwerke.
