Thank you for visiting my channel (again). I often get the question: "How long have you been practicing with Baoding Balls?"

Although I have to make an estimation I am pretty sure I started in 1999. When I saw them in a store, they were neatly displayed, and I had no idea what they were for... I just knew I had to have a couple.
Before that I already liked training my hands with "gripmasters", Yoyo's or whatever I could get my hands on when they weren't otherwise occupied.

When I bought my first set of Baoding Balls I had no idea what they were for or how I should use them. To this point I still think there is no right way to use them as there isn't really a wrong way.

As with every physical activity I think you should listen to your body and use the Chinese health balls any way you like.
That is what I do and that is also what I try to show in these movies.

The first five or so movies show the things I have picked up just playing around with the Chinese therapy balls. After finding out more people on Youtube were uploading their movies I have learned a lot from that. New patterns to try and master. I think it will take me a lifetime to master all that I have seen so far it is amazing.

I will keep uploading movies to Youtube. Maybe a couple per year. I will always try to explain what I am doing and how I came to the point of learning a certain pattern to help you on your way.

I also get a lot of questions from people who have watched my movies and I usually answer these right away and I also make an effort to incorporate the answers in future movies.
