Everything is either blue or green in BF3, which does not equal realistic. Try walking outside... the sky is blue and the grass is green, but the cement is certainly not blue. MW3 has a more '"arcade" fast paced feel to it, but is in no way cartoony. I can't tell if you didn't use the right words...
