Hi ya'll i'm SHELLY.I'm 23 years old and i made a youtube channel to share my creativity with the world.I'm very optimistic and confident,so if you're to leave me a hate comment i will block you.=) *giggle giggle*
Most of time(99%) i always have darker,bright neon colors on my eyes,even when i go to work. I'm never to scared or shy to be myself. My makeup is always uber dramatic but if i feel like toning it down i do that aswell.So i'm one of them girl's who also wears "natural makeup" as y'all say.
