Soon to be the best loved cat in Britain. Me! Sybil the cat -named after Basil Fawlty's wife in the classic sitcom Fawlty Towers. I am the newest resident of 10 Downing Street. Not the cat of Gordon Brown but that of Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling who lives above 10 Downing Street.
