I found Sweetwater Sound Inc. in 1993 from an Ad in Electronic Musician. Even though I lived in Sofia, Bulgaria I contacted Mitch Gallagher to order some Tascam duplication decks and he was so friendly and responsive to fulfill our needs at DS Music! It happened to know that he was Grammy Award winner for "New Music, New Classics" Category in 1991 and I invited him to our Bulgarian Electronic Music Festival. He was very thrilled to visit and give some lectures and ever since we became great friends! I visited Sweetwater in 2006 and I was amazed of their Customer Service and whole structure. I'm willing to see their new location as I'm devoted and happy customer! What sets them apart from the others is their FREE Shipping no matter what you buy there! Really great!
