There are many reasons why I wanted to create a fan page for Deanna. Her talents are limitless. Deanna has performed all over the world & in and out of our living rooms. Dave Navarro once said, "you have the voice of a lion", as she gained worldwide notoriety for her stunning performances on CBS's hit TV show RockStar:INXS as well as on NBC's The Singing Bee. She has shared the stage with talents such as Kelly Clarkson, Chaka Khan, John Rich to name a few, & the chance to perform for Oprah Winfrey was yet another pivotal moment. My interest for Deanna unfolded during her RockStar INXS days. I became a huge fan and supporter during that show along with another favorite of mine MiG Ayesa who ended up coming in 3rd place on Rockstar INXS. As time went on I met some wonderful friends through a site called Team MiG.Who supports MiG Ayesa. I found many friends there whom shared my same interest in music and Rockstars. I learned to become pretty internet savvy and felt that I wanted to help my favorite rockers more than just being a fan. I knew I was capable of doing more. My interest to help promote and street team for MiG Ayesa became very important to me. It meant it helped him get noticed!! I was learning all about the Indie way which isn't the easy way. My friends at Team MiG, you all know who you are, were very nurturng,supportive and helpful. I needed to learn about graphic designing,networking,street teaming,fundraising and much more if I was going to help my favorite rockers. I spent many months trying to figure out what was the best way to represent MiG in the most classiest way. With my help from Nancy,Kay & Cammy....& many more friends It started to come to me what I needed to see. Meanwhile I craved to hear Deanna Johnston's music and missed seeing her on Rockstar Inxs. I was hoping to find her on the internet and buy some music. I found Deanna's webpage and a myspace page and that was it! I knew MiG, Marty Casey & JD Fortune had many fan pages. But My favorite rocker had one fan page and it was really outdated. After I searched and searched for more fan pages and didn't find any I knew then I had to make my very own Deanna Johnston page. Deanna has been a very important part of my life and inspiration she gives me through her music. This page is just devoted to the great works of Deanna Johnston and her friends who continually support her and help her on her great journey. My job is to educate you the reader about everything Deanna and most importantly to help you become aware of her musical talents. Thank you for taking the time to read this because if your still reading this....that means you might stay to listen. Thank you for visiting..don't be a stranger. We are looking for Deanna Street teamers and hopes of more fan pages to come. Help me get the word out, I can't do it without you!
