What does being gay or straight have to do with liking this song? I wonder why guys have to go so far out of their way to tell everybody they're not gay--especially when sexuality has absolutely nothing to do with anything. By the way, I her voice too.

@Kell0526 Wow, Bill. You made your own charts for 30 years. That's awesome. I only did it for 8 years (71-78). Did you buy all the records that you charted?

This was a hit single in 1976. I bought the 45 and still have it.

Tell Aunt Margie that I still play her record. I was making my own charts out back then, and "Keep On Searching" was my # 1 song for two weeks! I first heard it on WYLD Am in New Orleans.

Love it! I was making my own charts out in those days, and this was # 1 for me for four weeks in January 1975. I'm glad people still remember it. I still have the 45.
