Hey I couldn't post this comment to your video for some reason (about breaking the MC and moving onto intermittent fasting) so here it is: If you go to leangains.com he has tons of information on all of the intermittent fasting diets, including the warrior plan. I do like intermittent fasting, because I am not hungry until the end of the day anyway, but I can still eat a lot.. haha so maybe I need to do the 1 meal plan too! Not sure what I am up to right now, basically eating only at night, but I want to do some more water fasting days because they help me. Looking forward to following your future progress!!
