I have to agree with u on that one, there was asense of BAND then that's sadly lacking now with a bunch of revolving musicians who come and go in and out of GnR and are more like a hired hand than a band member.... However, right here where I live (Mexico City) GnR played a date last night (Oct, 18) and I have to say I enjoyed it like I was 15 again... Sadly and knowing this guy's temper, we may never see the original lineup ever again, but hey, even when it was the original lineup, I was madly in love with Axland Axl alone, not with any of the other guys, so in all honesty, going to a GnR concert for me at least, is going to see Axl. He's the only one I trully cared about!! =)

Hahah yeah that happens to me a lot when I listen to some solo work of theirs... I think things like: Aww geez, this could really use John's nasal voice, or Aw, paul's bass would be awsome in this part, or george or ringo.... yeah it happens to me a lot!! =) I just hate the fact that great bands like The Beatles, GnR, Led Zep, all have to break up and go separate ways, but in a sense it's what make s them immortal... I like th4 ROlling Stones, but if The Beatles had gone on for as long as the Stones have, they would be a nostalgia act, pretty much like the Stones are now. So in a sense, it's good that they broke up in their prime. Like Guns N Roses and Led Zeppelin.Go down in flames instead of fading away... =)

I like a lot of bands, but both the Beatles and GnR are I think the 2 bands I've gone completely crazy over at different moments of my life. I went Beatle-crazy when I was about 12 and I went GnR crazy when I was 16.
