About Ian Werner - aka SvenskPiper
My name is Ian Werner. I play the Great Highland Bagpipe. I am a member of Seumas Coyne's awesome competitive grade 2 pipe band out of Southern California: The James J. Coyne Memorial Pipe Band. I record myself playing my bagpipes/practice chanter at home (usually) in, of all places, my bathroom - for acoustical reasons. My setup is pretty simple, but it works... I am 26 years old. I live in Turlock, CA, USA. I am half Swedish and half Irish. Maybe I have some Scottish blood flowing through my veins... I dunno. Doesn't matter really.
