@sephiroth5005 There's no real point for the selective fire modes. Most people would just stick to Semi-Auto and blaze their way to victory (unless the game had weak rounds that can't be cycled semi-automaticly).

@Milesaway13 That was the whole point of Frank (and to a degree, Chuck too). Capcom wanted to create a "everyday" man from the Western world, not like the other japanese characters (ie. Young, pretty and stuffed to their wet faces with superpowers).
