one more thing,,,I woulden't recemend using the Kenda tires with a 18 spoke light weight wheel. They really dig in with the tread, The wheel will not handle the pressure in wheelies or spins. The one thing I see that you are doing wrong , you have the wrong rims and wheels on your chair for offroading . Get a pair of 24 by 2 inch mountain bike bike tires and a heaver rim . After that you will have no problem. Promise
