Yeah, thanks for this been trying to my max so i can be stronger and look more muscular,sodoing low weight and high reps is a good thing to increase say i behcn 105lbs yeah i know thats bad but i do it 10 reps by 4 or 3 sets will that get me going and getting stronger at benching.
