The kid with the Blue Headguard is an excellent example of lateral movement. Always moving left and right never backwards. Sticks his chin out a bit, but good footwork.

At 6.07 all of the kids prepare for sparring. Not one of them are holding a decent guard. All of the kids holding their rear guard at their Naval. Why are they defending their navals? One hand needs to be close to the chin. This is rampant in TKD it needs to be fixed.
