@kollow 150 lbs is an excessive estimate, 80-90 lbs is the best estimate I've found. Personally shooting a 70 lb recurve, 90 lbs is very doable for myself, but pulling 150lbs with one arm is damn hard, considering I do pullups with my own body weight (80kgs/176lbs) or greater for 10 reps.

@ArmednSafe I don't do ballistic gel tests, I use them on game! I'm from Australia and shoot a fair few roos on my mate's property, 75 AMAXs will turn internals into soup. Happens every time, without fail.

@jamaxwell90 I can relate to that. Typically I find female shooters much easier to teach than males, they soak up technique like a sponge. Most guys I introduce to shooting have too much game time in COD and end up shooting shit.

@swmccrary Fighter aircraft guns are calibrated to 6 MRAD at 1000m or 6 MRAD at 3330ft. This translates to a maximum spread of 6 meters. For a gun firing 3200 RPM thats pretty accurate.

@landek12 In my experience, the shooter is dictates 90% of the performance. A great shooter with a poor weapon is far more deadly than an amateur with with a great weapon.
