I say proceed with caution. It could very be real, or it could be a way to get you into the dealership. All the talk on the ad about "Guaranteed to win" sends up a pretty big red flag for me.

In a way I hate this kind of thing. We see a trailer, learn of a cool new game coming, then have to wait 17 months (perhaps longer) to get it!!! That drives me nuts!!!
