I want to get to my optimal health...which of course will always change as I grow and evolve. I want to get all my nutrients, understand nutrient timing more, being self-aware, exercise, sleep well, take care of myself, along with others, etc in the most efficient way possible. I want to get to where I can live my day to day life and it wouldn't be a struggle and take too much time out of the day. In the meantime, I'm searching to the most effective way to life with energy, longevity, happiness, health, and balance. Join me on this journey of balance and well-being. It's never too late.

Life only seems to get better and better!
Film.

I will continue traveling the world with my video camera at hand and experience the richness of life. I want to use the camera as my eyes so that the world can see what I see. I am going to help at least one person in every place I go. I want to dance in the moonlight and find that my sense of humor follows me everywhere no matter what. I feel happy to be where I am in life.

I want to surround myself with people that make me feel good and hopefully I'm that person for other people as well.

I take good care of my health and wellness because I want to live forever. If I live forever, I can be helpful forever.

We are only in this world for a short while. Since that is the case, I'm going to reach as high as I can to get to where I want to go. I will be a film maker and be health conscious. I hope to be an example that will be remembered. I have learned how to fall in love and let me tell you...I am absolutely, helplessly in love with the surprises of life and the new people, hobbies, and ways to make my days more exciting. I am a traveler and I want to write a book one day. The beauty surrounding me is a playground for all of us. Join me? I feel this euphoria, and pride and want to share that with whoever is open and maybe you can teach me too. With film, I will visually make your dreams come true. You all watch. :)
