i am a terminally ill patient in Sudbury Ontario Canada and am finding horrendous abuses of power, neglect of duty of care, and ignoring of doctors orders, among many other health care disasters which are completely contrary to professional code of ethics, as well as the UN human rights decleration which Canada has signed.

This I hope will serve as a warning to those out there who are like me, alone without family and friends who could take over my care as i get more ill. i have ALS, which is terminal and many things I am unable to do for myself now as a result of my illness.
Basic hygiene, communication, mobility, and abministration of medications, food and water i am reliant on others to help me.
on November, 20th 2008 Sudbury CCAC put my nursing visits 'temporarily" on hold-i am starting this documentation of the deterioration of health, the loss of dignity and human rights you may encounter if you are trying to fight for your right to remain alive alone.

please let these videos be a warning to you, so you may hopefully avoid some of the pitfalls i have discovered.
finally, it is my only way to share, why it is that i am dying faster then i need to be, why it is that I am stuck inside a home I cannot leave, so far gone for over 40 days without proper food, medicine, water or hygiene (yes that is over 40 days without a bath now-because i am unable to bathe myself and I am denied the home help that I was assessed to need.
