@hariom2642 - polymer clay....I use FIMO, but recommend Sculpy to my 1st time students because it's consistently softer and easier to blend, but you have to try them and find the one that best suits you

@mrsjanuaryflower ie: the softer the clay, the thicker your details have to be, or it will sag & deform, either in the making process, or the baking process. good luck!

@mrsjanuaryflower by "the iron" you mean the polymer clay iron? the only think I can think of is the perhaps the brand of clay you are using is too soft. try FIMO classic, it can sometimes be difficult to work with (you have to "condition" the clay quite a bit sometimes, as it can be crumbly),...
