The Four-piece epic rock outfit from Austin, Texas arose in early 2001, escaping El Pasoʼs stagnant
hard- rock and death-metal scenes.
Over the past few years, the band became a hot commodity for their live high-energy performances and their catchy addictive
tunes. SU gained popularity through their self-released EPs and local radio play.
SU recently added guitarist Marc Martel to their lineup, giving them more leverage to deliver the
intricate harmonies and dramatic orchestration displayed in their sophomore album, ONE NIGHT
STAND, produced in LA by Alien Ant Farm drummer, Mike Cosgrove (KIDNAPKIN, The Rivalry, The
Urgency and Pretty Neato). SUbrosa Union has hit the SXSW stages officially and has been booked in
major music festivals over the past 5 years, and has toured all around the world (Afghanistan,
Kyrgyztan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Korea, Japan, Guam) in support of our troops for Armed
Forces Entertainment. Playin to live and livin to play are the words this band lives by.
