In this case it seemed to me you were playing primarily to demonstrate your technical skills, with the music itself as an afterthought. But...
I like the Eastman's tone, but the Kentucky certainly has the others beat in terms of volume. And unless you're on a mic, you'll probably appreciate the volume more than anything else---that is, just being able to hear yourself play!
