Sup guys, my name is George, but I'm known as bam or bam_ur_dead on some forums, so you may know me from there.
I've been playing bass for about four years, but have really only been serious about improving for a year. I'm currently in jazz band learning music theory because in reality, no matter how well you can play, you won't get anywhere without understanding how the stuff you play works.
I'm using a Schecter Stiletto Elite 4; it has a really fast neck, is pretty light, and feels amazing. Its tone is also better than that of many more-expensive guitars, so I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a new bass. I think I'm using DR strings (can't remember exactly) and they sound great.
Anyways, I'm always up for an intelligent conversation, so hit me up if you're in the mood ;).
