StudentInstitute

The Canadian Student Institute for Community Builders was initiated by Arthur Lockhart; a professor of Humber College. The institute is designed to be a student driven/student centered process, which will deal with a variety of social justice issues, addressed within the paradigm of community capacity building. The Institute was designed in a way to encourage students to come together from all 3 levels of the educational continuum to collaborate, implement, and celebrate youth initiatives that serve to enhance the well being of schools and neighborhoods.
