About this user
The Stu and Col phenomenom started off when Col got a new house in Pontypridd and he needed to get someone to help paint and decorate the house. That's when Stu came in. Stu and Col had been painting, drinking and singing for weeks. Already an experienced karaoke singer in the local pub, Stu decided he wanted to expand his musical interest by deciding to form a duo with Glasgow born Col. It was unusual for a Scotsman and a Welshman to form a duo, but it worked. Stu and Col started recording their debut album titled: 'Greatest Hits' in the summer of 2005. In the first session, Stu and Col managed to record 3 tracks: 'I Was Born 10,000 Years Ago', 'Take Me Back To The Jungle' and 'You To Me Are Everything'. They were pleased with those 3 tracks, but they didn't get the opputunity to record more until Autumn/pre-Winter 2005, in which they recorded a mammoth 6 tracks: 'Is This The Way To Amarillo?', 'I've Got To Get This Message To You (Oh No!)', 'I Don't Like Mondays', 'Words', 'It Should Have Been Me' and 'I'll Be There. That's 9 tracks finished for 'Greatest Hits'. They plan to start work on new tracks for the new album during the course of the next few weeks. Tracks penned are: 'JCB Song', Bohemian Rhapsody', 'Imagine', 'Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head' and many, many, many more. The Stu and Col phenomenom continues...
