Fab song! Saw this performed at Windermere Dance in '68/69 by a brill tribute band, fucking mental, the whole place absolutely rocked, wouldn't be allowed today, elf and safety tossers.

Not original, not his best work...seems stuck between Elvis and Shaking Stevens. Glad he's back on the road though!

Cracking band! Similar to the sweet in some ways, strong front man, plus good backup, sounds simple, but it works!

Brilliant performance from a true great! Watched his 1965 rendition too. Only difference is, he's had his teeth done, probably looks better in '99, but sounds just as good, brought a tear to my eye too...great times the '60s!

I saw the Pretty Things in April '98 at The Pier, Morecambe (since burned down) Great band! They had a very good, very tall drummer at the time, who resembled Mick Fleetwood. I remember standing right next to the stage 'groving' to the music...where these days, can you do that?

I saw WF in 1968 at Millom (known as the Gold Coast to the 60's bands..lol) He was fantastic, the night was memorable too as I totalled my A35 van into the level crossing at Kirksanton at 2 am...all in all, a costly night out!...lol

Well...it all adds up really. The looks, the skill, probably the opportunity too!

I saw the 'Teens' at Millom Pallais in spring '68...they played this, absolutely knockout! Great band!
