This was one of the most well-done endings to a Final Fantasy written. Its predictable and a bit cliche-- but cliche and predictable never hurt anything when the execution is properly handled-- and this ending was handled perfectly. One of the very best FFs in the series for sure.

Hated this game and everything about why they're having a concert in the middle of the thunder plains makes no sense-- but..... I have to admit this was a very well directed scene with a lot of emotional investment.
