Temphest DeJonell Stanley was born October 19, 1987 in Long Beach, California. This recoding artist, known as Temphest Blue, is an R&B/ Neo-Soul singer and entertainer with a distinct voice and innovative delivery. Born in California and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Temphest has been able to combine the styles of both cities and create the artist she is today. Temphest has envisioned being a star since the age of five, singing, dancing, and modeling by prancing around in any pair of her mothers heels she could find. Pursuing that vision as she grew older, Temphest attended Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts High School as a vocal major, and took part in modern dance, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and a variety of ensembles. After experiencing the different avenues of performing Temphest explored her dance career by training under Stephan Reynalds while training with ABC studio (Las Vegas), Vegas City Artz (Las Vegas), Debbie Allen Dance Academy (Culver City), Millennium (Hollywood), Back Stage (Las Vegas), Future/Culture Shock Las Vegas and more. With the training she received, Temphest now is a choreographer and Hip Hop dance instructor part time while she attends the University of Nevada Las Vegas as a Communications major. As a recording artist, Temphest Blue writes all her songs, as well as takes part in arranging and producing them to perfection. She states, My goal is to effect and give back to an industry that has given so much to me by producing quality all of the time and perform music that resonates from my heart and moves you. She currently performs her music at various venues in Las Vegas and surrounding cities. Temphest Blue is an actress, songwriter, dancer, vocalist, choreographer, model, master of ceremonies, and recording artist.
