Why does this video's animation remind me of Regular Show?

0:00 - 0:19 and 3:04 - 3:35 had such great beats. I would've loved it had this song used those loops for the entire song and if it didn't have the weird voiceover interruptions added in. Kind of ruined the cool groove. :-|
