from what is shown here, you are probably not going to get the offensive foul call. More than likely he will get the the blocking call, there may be no call at all due to the minimal contact.

It doesn't matter if he gets the ball or not, this is a reckless tackle that put the safety of another player in danger. The send off is correct in my opinion.
