I have tattoos and know from experience that there is pain, bearable pain but pain nonetheless...and that is on the usual areas for tattoos, upper arms etc...the face is a much more sensitive area and she would know if multiple needles were piercing her skin over a pro-lon...

@MegaGum1 Indeed...she struggled to be recognised but it was her raw and unique talent that carried the day...her looks were way too kooky to be acceptable in the era of such symmetrically beautiful stars as Elizabeth Taylor and she did not have some relative in showbiz to pull strings for her......

I love this movie but even I have to admit that this cheesy trailer was pretty appalling! No wonder they stayed away in droves...it could have been executed so much better. I am a real fan of Streisand but I have to say that outfit was pretty hideous...but she had her own style which in a sense contributed to her success.

It's just nice to see her truly happy at last...I'm pleased for her.
