There is a difference between a circle and a sphere. Namely, a circle is a two-dimensional object. Two-dimensional objects are flat, so when the bible says that the earth is a circle it is also saying that the Earth this flat. If it had said that god sat upon a sphere, then it would be different.

@shelley9000 If you listen to the guitars on this, specifically the high pitched one at the beginning, and then listen to the way the edge (U2's guitar player) plays on songs like "Where the streets have no name" you might start to understand. Also the really simple basslines and the way he sing...

I agree that the City and Colour version of Cowgirl isn't as good. The reason, I think, is that Neil has a lot of strain and pain in his voice. It's like it sounds too easy when Dallas Green does it, you know? Just my opinion.
