It is with great sadness that I have to report the passing of Judith Mayes who was the co-hostess of "The Stephen Holt Show" from 1989 to 2004, 15 years....
She died on Monday, Oct.5. She had been in residence in the Actor's Fund Home in Englewood, New Jersey in recent years.
She was a great lady, a great actress, a great co-star and one of the greatest friends of my life. She will be deeply missed by myself and all her many friends and admirers.
But she will live forever in re-runs on "The Stephen Holt Show" and on this Channel.
She was 96.
I used to introduce her as "Dame Judith Mayes." And she certainly was worthy of the title. I can't believe she's gone.
