Terribly sorry about the loss of this young man. I did not know him personally but one can feel the sadness in our EL community. From all the posts on facebook to talk amongst staff and friends, everyone is saddened by this tragic loss.

@thermiscira We take our bird every where. A trusting bird is more than happy to not want to bolt or fly. In fact we didnt even clip his wings for the first 6 months. This was done purposely to build trust. it was only when he started flying and landing on the garden wall we started clipping them...
