Regardless of our age & whether or not we should know better as adults, we need to show our children when we are wrong, and correct our situations in front of them, so they learn how to do it for themselves and not cover up our embarrassments. Special request to all you returning to school: If you see someone who is struggling to make friends or being bullied because he or she doesn't have many friends or because they are shy or not as pretty or not dressed in the most "in" clothes --PLEASE STEP UP. Say "hi" or at least smile at them in the hallway. You never know what that person might be facing outside of school. Your kindness might just make a BIG difference in someone's life! Believe it!!

Wow, maturity and integrity go a LONG WAY...it's so sad when 10-12 year olds get it, but then some 20+ year olds are clueless. They don't think they are bullying b/c they are adults justifying their actions ~ BULLYING IS BULLYING whether it's in the workplace, home, school or online. It is what it is and I'm proud of you kids who recognize this when the adults are completely blind to their own poisonous venom they spew on videos, messages and comments. xoxo Miss Joan
