Articulate oddity, mother of one, music undergraduate, singer, activist, fellow human. Hippy, Gothy mentalist with evil sense of humour, defender of freedom, atheist (with a well developed moral code and an acute sense of wonder at life and the universe based on science and not requiring the existence of a god/dess. Thankyou very much.)

So far my videos on here are just musical fluff I've made, and i don't really know what else I plan to put up here yet....although I feel a few rants coming on once I get my webcam sound problems sorted...if you want to know what I look like see above. Must have been full moon or something....

I've been using youtube for investigation purposes really, musical, political and theological, I will probably set up a separate channel for the musical stuff once i actually get some half decent recordings done. :)

In case you want to reply to a comment I have made about religion, here's where I stand.....

I am a spiritual person, I follow the turning of the wheel of the year, (a connection with my pagan ancestors perhaps) as I believe it is important to recognise the passing of time, the changing seasons and the way the earth provides for us and renews itself. I seek answer and understanding in any way I can, but I categorically do not believe that organised religion, of any kind, has ultimate answers for us. It's important to understand them however, as their 'authorities' and some misguided fanatics will affect us even if we are atheist.
Interesting things can be learned from all religions if you take the time to investigate them, but these things are about the nature of humanity, not the nature of the divine. i do however, respect everyones right to believe what they do, and celebrate their fairth, as long as they are not harming others.

I was christian for many years....so if you wanna quote scripture at me as if it somehow endows you with intelligence and gives you a moral high ground....don't let the door hit you on the way out. :)
