@TheRetirednavy92 I agree with you on the tactics that the Soviets would have used but I gotta stick up for Tom Clancy on this one because it may have been based on his novel but he didn't write the screenplay. As a matter of fact, I would say this movie is about maybe 30-40% faithful to the orig...

I remember this one and was at this race...when they came back over that second time I had chill bumps and I remember looking back and seeing that faint orange glow of the burners surrounded by the silhouettes...truly awesome
