I enjoy Sprint's service.. but they do need to make things more seemless. Like the entire Nextel thing.. Nextel is apart of Sprint, so they should get the same services, and MMS is always a problem on Sprint. Other than that, things are great.
i worked for sprint customer care, tech, and wireless web, and i can tell you they need to get there shit right, cuz nothin ever works, billing is a joke and everything is way to complicated
Sprint/Nextel is the epitome of how a business should NOT run. They are idiots from the top to the bottom & the few good people they acquire end up quitting due to the idiotic policies & decisions made by the higher up. Hurry up & go out of business or sell out to a company that knows how to operate.
