Everything you see was filmed when the opportunity presented. There were no rehearsals for kata and forms, and all self defense presentations were improvised on the spot. Gun Fu as an art exists in the moment, and we tried to bring that point across. There were no plans, no scripts and no re-shoots, the camera was on, the action was recorded, and that's what you're seeing. We chose not to hide our shortcomings, what you get is what we are. Bear that in mind should you decide to judge harshly!
You should also know there is in fact a physical Iron Crane Dojo and its students and teachers play a major role in compiling the exhibits you see, including photographs, videos, etc. We are grateful for their generous contribution of time and resources, without which these archives would not exist.

You are welcome to make comments as you see fit. I generally do not respond...there just isn't time. As to friend invites...I'm old fashioned. I make friends the neanderthal way, I get to know somebody, do things with them, share life experiences, and maybe after 10-15 years, when I know they are trustworthy and honorable and have my back covered, I think of them of friends. Bottom line is nix on friend invites.
Never forget that martial arts, like any rigorous course of physical activity, presents the risk of injury, sometimes serious, disabling, or even fatal. Actual techniques should only be practiced in a controlled environment emphasizing safety, under the direct supervision of a Black Belt instructor (in whom you have trust and confidence), and only after you have been cleared by your personal physician.
