It's a good short film, but it's virtually unrelated to Fallout. The ghoul is just a hillbilly, he's wandering around in in-tact industrial areas, you don't even get the hammy and camp qualities to the game. But, like I said, I enjoyed it, it's just not really a Fallout film.
