It's actually sad looking at the well treated horses. It is showing that the other horses aren't being treated that way.

If you fight the law, the law will win. She thought she was being smart by showing her disrespect to the law, so she paid the price. Do I agree with what happened to her? No. But I definetly think she should of been smarter, and shouldn't of tried to provoke an officer.
