I know this is probably not the case, but i always figured the garbage man was just an older version of Dilbert that shaved his head and created his own time machine to guide himself into becoming the man is. It would explain why he involves his self in the life of Dilbert all the time.

The original costume is alot better since it's purpose was to be ironic towards her personality. This one kinda takes away some of the appeal of Bad Girl.
