I'm a D.J. or sorts. Most of the music I add to my AV tracks are of artist I have a tremendous amount of respect for, and like a musical D.J. on old school radio, I am a virtual D.J. who also likes to add my own visuals to the music. Some music I completely remix or create from scratch. I make no money off using anyone else's music, and I site them just like an academic sites sources in research. The moment I make money off using another band's production, I will get in contact with them and either remove their production and add original tracks or share the wealth. Right now I am giving them free exposure -- so keep that in mind with all the competition out there, I am doing other artists a favor.
