Wow! You are much younger than I had imagined. You don't see too many young Conservatives. Especially in NY. But maybe the curriculum is creating a bit of a back lash. I am a feminist however. Although I have few complaints about how women are treated in the U.S. I have always felt and been treated as an equal to men. As a matter of fact men have always been my biggest supporters. I do have huge issues with how women are treated under Sharia Law. I am a warrior in opposition to it.
