Spandexxx Ballet

Spandexxx Ballet are a 7-pieces glam/hair rock band, based in Stoke-On-Trent, UK.

Formed in the attic of a student house, Spandexxx Ballet began as three friends jamming Whitesnake, Van Halen and Queen songs.

Adam Hedges (guitar/vocals), Jamie Roberston (drums) and Tom McShane (lead guitar) enlisted the help of Imtiaz 'Taz' Shah (bass) and female vocalists Emma Harris, Alison Tinham and Eve Taylor - Spandexxx Ballet was born.

The band began life as a covers band, but now the magnificent 7 incorporate their own material into their sets - most notably the relentless 'Rock 'N' Roll Bitch' and melodic smoothness of 'Baby Don't Leave Me'.

For their most recent gig at the Britannia Staidum (for Stoke's Love Music Hate Racism festival), Spandexxx Ballet welcomed keyboardist James Hedges into the fold.
